Exchange or Return of Goods
Not happy with your laptop? No problem! You can return or exchange it within 14 days after it arrives, as long as it’s still in good shape.
Rules for Returns:
- Keep it in its original box and don’t use it too much.
- If it’s broken but not your fault, you can still return it.
- Testing it out or opening the box is okay – you can still get a refund.
What We Need:
- The laptop and all its parts (charger, etc.).
- Your receipt from Used Laptops in Dubai.
- The warranty card (if it has one).
If anything’s missing, we can’t take it back. Once we get it, we’ll refund you fast, following UAE rules.
